After comprehensive deliberation by the Asariya Scholarly Council: Digital tokens that possess verifiable utility, public acceptance (Ta'amul), and lack deceptive leverage (Gharar Fahish) are deemed permissible for spot exchange. For long-term holding with investment intent, Zakat is due at 2.5% on the market valuation upon completion of the lunar year (Hawl), provided the total wealth meets the Silver Nisab threshold.
